• Introduction1.1 1NURSE.com Pte Ltd, a company headquartered in Singapore. We will be referred to as 1NURSE throughout this Terms and Conditions.1.2 By using the 1NCLEX app or any services provided through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.
• Definitions2.1 "1NCLEX" refers to the app and services provided by 1NURSE.com.2.2 "User" refers to any person accessing or using the 1NCLEX app.2.3 "Content" includes all materials, quizzes, flashcards, and other educational resources available through the app.
• Use of the 1NCLEX App3.1 The app is designed to help nursing students prepare for the NCLEX exam through tools like FlashCards and QuizCards.3.2 You agree to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized commercial use or redistribution of app content is prohibited.
• Account Responsibility4.1 Users must provide accurate and current information when registering.4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.4.3 Report any unauthorized access or breaches to 1NCLEX immediately.
• Intellectual Property5.1 All content, trademarks, and designs within the 1NCLEX app are the intellectual property of 1NURSE.5.2 Users are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior written permission.
• Disclaimers6.1 1NURSE is not liable for any loss of information caused by service interruptions, technical issues, or unauthorized access.6.2 The app does not guarantee success in the NCLEX exam. The provided resources are supplementary to other study efforts.6.3 1NURSE does not edit or monitor user-generated content shared through the app.
• Third-Party Websites7.1 The app may contain links to external sites for additional resources. 1NURSE is not responsible for the content or availability of these sites.
• Indemnity8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1NURSE, its affiliates, and their employees from any claims arising from:
  • Content you upload or share on the app.
  • Your misuse of the app.
  • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Refund Policy9.1 All subscription fees and in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Governing Law and Dispute Resolution10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
